Our annual Spring Fair is back on Friday, June 5th, and we need your help to make it an unforgettable night for the kids! ✨
We know you want to enjoy the fair with your family, so we’ve broken the volunteering roles into quick 45-minute shifts. You can lend a hand, connect with other parents, and still have plenty of time to enjoy the fun!

🎟️ WELCOME TEAM (Admissions)
• 5:30 - 6:15 PM (Table near teachers' lot)
🍕 FOOD & TREATS CREW (Concessions & Pizza)
• 4:45 - 5:30 PM (Concessions kickoff!)
• 6:15 - 7:00 PM (Concessions)
• 7:00 - 7:45 PM (Pizza Table & Concessions wrap-up)
🎯 GAME MASTERS (Lawn Games & Lollipop Tree)
• 5:30 - 6:15 PM (Lawn Games or Lollipop Tree)
• 6:15 - 7:00 PM (Lawn Games)
• 7:00 - 7:45 PM (Final games & booth pack-up)
🎨 CREATIVITY CAPTAINS (Button Maker)
• 6:15 - 7:00 PM
• 7:00 - 7:45 PM
🧹 THE HERO CREW (Clean-Up)
• 7:30 - 8:30 PM
